Hi - looking for guidance with screen pop and having the URL accept CTI inputs. We'd like the inbound caller's phone number to pop up an existing contact record if possible. However, all the documentation I've found has static value examples.
With this example: http://localhost:57575/screenpop?t=editor&recordType=5&id=23 - how can I configure this so that the id=23 is actually a variable instead of a constant? i.e. we don't want to pop Contact ID 23 each time for every call.
