HI there,
My client would like to use screen pop to integrate their existing CTI for following scenario.
1. CTI agent will issue http-gets and bring in call id (phone number).
2. CX agent desktop pop contact info base on call id issued in step 1.
At this moment, we can successfully use screen pop to show up contact info through following http-get request.
http://localhost:8080/screenpop?t=editor&recordType=5&id=1813
we have add a office phone field (ph_office) in demo instance, does anyone know how to use phone number to query contact info through screen pop ?
any feedback are welcome.
