Hi everybody,
I have a customer requirement that consists in building the following Contact Rule:
- A Staff Account can not save a Contact (new or existing) without at least one E-mail Address or Phone Number.
I tried to accomplish that requirement using a Contact Workspace Rule. However, it seems not possible to handle E-mail and Phone in certain Conditions. For Example:
I tried create the following Rule:
- Triggers
- The record is saved without closing
- Conditions
- A field has a certain value
- Then Actions
- Display a message box
When I open the field list to set the Condition Field, the E-mail and Phone fields do not appear, as you could see in the attached image.
Is there a way to build that Rule using Workspace's Rules? If not, what is the best option? Build a Workspace Add-in?
