Passing recordContext from IWorkspaceRibbonButtonFactory to WorkspaceRibbonButton desktop addIn (1 Comment)

I have created a WorkspaceRibbonButton and it's associated factory. Essentially I just want a user to click the button and see a popup that displays the Incident ID from the workspace. However, the recordContext is all being passed as null. The code is below. Can someone please show me the best way to access the workspace content from the WorkspaceRibbonButton addin? When I click it I get the error in the attachment
