Custom CTI Solutions with RightNow (8 Comments)

Hi All,

I am implementing CTI with RIghtnow and I am new to CTI integration.

Implementation Requirement:

When Call comes to the CTI solutions based on phone number Contact screen should pop in RightNow.

CTI Details:

Its private vendor and the custom solution recently implemented on basic requirement. As of now Custom CTI solutions separately working fine. There are 6 Agent in total they each have their intercom code for call forwarding.

I have following doubt.

  1. How Custom CTI can interact with Rightnow?
  2. Is there any API is available in Rightnow CTI related which can interact with custom CTI solution?
  3. .net CTI toolkit will work in this scenario?
  4. Is there any best way CTI and RIGHTNOW can interact.
