Hi All,
I am implementing CTI with RIghtnow and I am new to CTI integration.
Implementation Requirement:
When Call comes to the CTI solutions based on phone number Contact screen should pop in RightNow.
CTI Details:
Its private vendor and the custom solution recently implemented on basic requirement. As of now Custom CTI solutions separately working fine. There are 6 Agent in total they each have their intercom code for call forwarding.
I have following doubt.
- How Custom CTI can interact with Rightnow?
- Is there any API is available in Rightnow CTI related which can interact with custom CTI solution?
- .net CTI toolkit will work in this scenario?
- Is there any best way CTI and RIGHTNOW can interact.
