Customize Screen Pop URL

Hi All,

I am trying to pass extra parameters like country_id, custom fields in the Screenpop URL. The objective is to open a Contact Workspace and set these values from external application. I am able to open the Contact Workspace however the values are not getting set.

http://localhost:1234/screenpop?t=editor&recordType=5&id=36&country_id=Argentina&c$clasecliente=testvalue

Do you think it is possible to customize the screen pop up URL from an external application?
