Is there a way to make a custom field a unique identifier? For example, on the Contact table, we have a custom field that is used for our customer number (it comes from our own home grown back office software and is used across the enterprise to identify a customer). We want to prevent agents from putting the same number onto multiple contact records in Svc Cloud, but I cannot find a way to lock that down in the custom field editor. Is it possible to make a custom field a unique identifier, and if so, how?
