Unable to capture named event in Agent Script (Contact WS)

Hello! 

We have a user control in the script and on click of the label/panel we are trying to trigger the named event and capture it in a script rule.

Rule: If the Named event is fired navigate to certain page in the script explorer.

I see that the named event is been triggered and returned as true when i validate it in debug mode but the script rule is unable to capture that event.

any thoughts how to capture the named event and perform certain action in script (we are using a script on Contact WS)
