Is there a way to add different private notes to existing incidents?

I have a CSV of over 100 existing incidents where we need to add a private note to each. The private note text is different for each incident. The CSV contains just two columns:

Ref No.,Private Notes
090909-000075,"Note1"
090909-000076,"Note2"

I looked at the Data Import Wizard, but the documentation indicates you can't create new "Notes" when updating an incident. Is there another way to do this? Just looking to save some time, otherwise we'll do it manually.
