Hi Everyone,
I need your help/clarification whether there is a way that I can implement an action listener in Oracle Rightnow console using Rightnow APIs to listen to mouse click on a specific field within a user profile. This is what I would like to achieve; When a user chooses a phone number from the phone drop down list, I should be able to capture the phone number within my Rightnow code.
Is this possible? If yes, then How.
