We have reached the maximum row size for the Incident table and would like to move some of our custom fields to custom objects so that we can edit other existing custom fields. What have people done to achieve this? We need to preserve the data and it is over 2 million incidents with those custom fields populated. Ideally we would like to this ourselves. I have looked though the KB but not seen a definitive answer on the steps to move this data.
