Work space rule for Solved Incidents (1 Comment)

I've been attempting to have a message box appear when the user changes the status from "Solved" to any other option.  

This will be a message to alert the user that the incident is already solved and should only be re-opened if it has been solved for more than 7 days.  Ideally, I would like this message box to only appear when the incident has been solved for more than 7 days, but from the choices on the rules creator, I'm not sure that is possible.  

Can anyone assist?
