Is it possible to dynamically change the label of an incident field via workspace rule or javascript api? We have a custom field that is shared between different organizations but it has different names depending on the organization. For example, in one organization they might call it "user id" and another calls it "student id", etc.
We are currently in Feb 13 release and will be upgrading to May 14 shortly.
