We have started seeing the following error message when our analyst try to look up contacts
When they click the magnifying glass to change the contact from the default chat contact to the actual contact, They receive the attached error “The editor is not in a valid state. If you proceed, changes made to the record being replaced will be reverted”. Once they select “OK”, it allows them to change to the contact and it does save the new contact in the ticket. Any ideal what is causing this error. I have search the knowledge base but was not successful in finding anything.
