I just upgraded my PC to Windows 10. After the upgrade, I deleted all instances of our Agent Desktops (Production and 2 test instances) and reloaded the Agent Desktops. I am able to sign into our Production Agent Desktop but the 2 test Agent Desktops (TST1 and TST2) will not allow me to sign in.
When I enter my credentials, my User ID and Password are accepted and I get the "Login Succedded" message and the status bar gets about 75% complete but then I get a RightNow CX error dialog that reads "Permission Denied" with a single "OK" button. As I mentioned above, I am able to sign into our Production Agent Desktop.
All of Service Cloud sites (Production, TST1 and TST2) are running the November 2016 version and everything was fine before the Windows 10 upgrade.
Any suggestions of what is going on? How I can correct it? Thank you.
