I have a generic question on how language specific interfaces work in service cloud.
Let's day i have separate interfaces for 4 different languages - English, Spanish, German & French. If a customer from Germany sends an email in German and an incident gets created in OSvC, and an agent who is from US needs to provide support does OSvC automatically translate and show the email content on incident thread in English? Or do i need to ensure there are support agents available for every interface with that language skill?
Would appreciate any inputs on this topic. Thanks
