Hi All,
Does the queue of particular incident has been changed automatically,once the incident has been assigned to the group /Staff level.
For ex., We have several groups(200) in the system level, whenever the staff has changed the group then the queue has been changed automatically in the system.If I change the field Assigned to Group level(Credit Card) means,then it should change the queue to Credit Card as well.
Kindly give some idea on this.
