Hello dears,
We are using SLA's as a field in our organizations to be able to grant new contacts that sign up access to the portal to create new incidents. We are enabling SLA's manually for orgs so that they apply to all their contacts.
However, we have a large number of organizations in our setup. Is there a way to bulk assign the SLA value to all of them instead of doing it manually? (or perhaps through a rule?)
