Hi All,

I have a scenario to create set of 5 tasks against the incident and assign those incidents to the 5 agents dynamically. In the same profile I have 10+ agents, I should assign only one task to the agent at a time against the incident.

Currently am setting 5 tasks to 5 agents by using the assigned field in the task.(Directly setting the agents while designing the WF)

Expected result is:

I need to assign to the agents dynamically.

Please help me to achieve this scenario.
