I have a URL set for this configuration item, and while the page displays correctly on the agent login, it takes focus away from the name input field.
Is there a way to use this without losing focus? I've tried finding an element to set focus to, but haven't been able to do so yet.
Does anyone know what the name input ID is on the login form or have you found a way around losing focus? I was able to try to blur the window, but it hide the whole login page, not just my URL.
