I have a knowledgebase article with many answer links in its content. When I open that answer and click on print button, a printer friendly layout is presented to me. From there when I click on any of the answer links, an IE window gets opened and I get a message

| This session is no longer valid. One possible cause is that you are logged in on another copy of the program. |
The url of the page is 'https://<site>.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/<interface>/php/admin/display/faq_print.php?p_aid=123'. I don't know why I am getting this error. I tried to find this page but couldn't on my site. Message Templates are not enabled on the site and I couldn't find the answer template as well.
I enabled Message Templates on one interface and then tried the same steps. This time template for answer was changed and came from message templates as expected. And when I clicked on answer links from print page, it opened answer detail page in a new IE window for the clicked answer link.
I was wondering from where did it take answer template from before I enabled Message template and where is the faq_print.php file located? Even if I don't have access to the file, Can anyone please help me by explaining the access denied error?
