I am using browser control in the contact workspace to show the marketing campaigns from Eloqua and I need to pass the email address like below and It's not working as expected. could any one please help on the below and let me know how to pass the email address field.

I am trying to connect to the Rest Oracle Service Cloud API using Jdeveloper, I have followed the video that is in the document https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/servicecs_gs/servicecs_videos.htm

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully implemented launching TOA within Rightnow workspace tab? I have added OFSC url : https://Login.etadirect.com in Service cloud WS as Browser control. The page is not being loaded.Its a blank screen which gets displayed. I am not even getting the login screen.

Can anyone suggest how this can be achieved? Also if credentials can be passed directly in the URL ? So that agent do not have to type his credentials.

If this browser Control approach is correct or not.

I have also tried through Content Pane add-in which opens a browser Control in a new content pane but there also the page is not getting loaded.

If i use any other URL example: https://www.google.com. the page is loaded from both the approach.

Would appreciate on how the authentication issue was resolved to ensure seamless transition between applications?

Hi buddies, my intention its that when i choose a particular category, for exemple 'Support' a Standart Text is inserted into the thread, until this part everything its ok, but what happend if for a mistake i choose 'Support' instead another category that trigger other Standar Text, there is any way to clear everything i had typed before insert a new Standar Text?

Hi,

We have a requirement where we have multiple Tasks associated to an SR. When all the tasks under the SR is closed, then the SR status should also be changed to closed. Can someone help!!!!!

I am new to this, and I want to add more custom fields to the assets, I thought I would do it as a custom object and define parent-child relationships, but in the list to define these I only see the standard, which does not include assets

We are needing to include the contacts login field on the chat toast notification. I have modified the CHAT_ALERTFORM_DISPLAY to include contacts.login but it is not getting displayed. The same field is on the chat workspace and is displaying the expected login but don't understand why it is not being displayed in the toast.

Hi All,

I am implementing CTI with RIghtnow and I am new to CTI integration.

Implementation Requirement:

When Call comes to the CTI solutions based on phone number Contact screen should pop in RightNow.

CTI Details:

Its private vendor and the custom solution recently implemented on basic requirement. As of now Custom CTI solutions separately working fine. There are 6 Agent in total they each have their intercom code for call forwarding.

I have following doubt.

How Custom CTI can interact with Rightnow?
Is there any API is available in Rightnow CTI related which can interact with custom CTI solution?
.net CTI toolkit will work in this scenario?
Is there any best way CTI and RIGHTNOW can interact.

Following links which I was referring but I am not able to understand how to start.

How do I build and install the CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Toolkit starter code?

CTI Accelerator (Multi-Channel Toolkit)

Any Help would be appreciated

Hi All,

I have to take 200000 records by run the below roql query as a ROQL or in REST Service,

but it shows "Poor performing query - too many rows examined", even I gave LIMIT 1000 in the query also am getting the same error.

Please help me to take all 200000 incident records in query level or REST webservice level.

I have added my tries in the code snippet.

In almost all the standard objects we have a field as "External reference key" . it is described as The unique identifier of the entry in other applications. We are integrating with other systems. how do we enter the unique id for say contact in sale cloud here.

This field is only visible on GET operations.

How this is updated? if its getting updated from backend?

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we want to send mails on update of Custom Object, As for Custom Objects we cannot use Message Templates. We have build a relationship between our custom Object and Oppurtunity.On update of Custom Object we will update the Opportunity which will send mail.

But we are not able to access the fields of Custom Object in Message Template. Is there any way to do so ?

Hi Guys,

I experienced an issue where a user was created but they never logged in. However, when i looked at the Agent Login report, it shows an instance where the agent had logged in for some hours. I raised the issue with Support and this was their response: "I confirmed that there indeed was a login transaction made from user '***' - Agent in DB. This login transaction was not based on username and password, it wasbased on SSO session token." I asked them for clarification on what this means but they are yet to respond. Can anyone shed light on what this means and why it reflects in the report?

Hi,

We are using the following URL to call a report from an external system.

http://localhost:8086/screenpop?t=report&id=100058&contacts.Qbe$Dni=23768280

But we mustchange to a https URL but using this port we can not load the mentioned report, we obtain an error.

What should we change in order to a HTTPS URL works?

I have downloaded and installed the RightNow package from the admin launch page. However if I try to open the RightNow.CX.exe, the application verifies requirements (within a pop-up dialog box) and just quits without any message.

Hi there,

I'd like to create a new custom field in the organisation record which is simply populated by all accounts in one of my groups.

So - just a duplicate of the 'assigned account' field in the organisation record but instead of populated with all accounts, only with accounts in a certain group within my instance of Right Now.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

So I found out today, the hard way, that packages can only contain 25 custom objects, which is fine, and actually useful!

How would I move an existing custom object into another package along with the data? I realise I'd need to change code - which really isn't an issue.

Hello,

I have 5 different email groups that need to receive an email, but only one of the five groups needs to get the email for any single incident. I have a variable that holds the email of the selected group. Is there any way to use that variable as the email address in the Email Incident Information action?
