Guys, SLA is getting apply automatically when contact get created in the oracle service cloud through any sources like (email, console, Utility etc). I don't understand this system behaviour. To avoid this I have created business rule but seems it's not working for me. You can refer the attachment for business rule which I created.
Note:- In this rule I am not assigning any SLA when mailbox is XXXXXXXX@gmail.com. Is there something else do I need to do. Please suggest.
