I'm trying to find which setting enables/disables the "Support Account Creation" email that is sent when an agent creates a new contact record with an email address. I don't see it listed in the Contact Emails list?
The Email starts off with
An account was automatically created for you but you can't login until your password has been set. [...]
We are on May 2014 version still using Mail Scripts.
