Hi all,
Incidents have a Reference #, which format 6 digits (date) – 6 digits (incremental)… e.g. 101215 – 000001.
This Reference # is generate automatically by the system when the incident is created.
It means that we have an allocation of 999,999 incidents per day.
We have a case where we need to import 2,000,000 records. When we tested, the system imported 999,999 records and failed straight at record number 1,000,000.
Is the workaround for this importing the rest of the data in the next day?... Has anyone gone through the same?
