Filter a report in an agent script (3 Comments)

I am creating and Agent Script that will guide the agent through a set of steps to create an incident, but in certain portions of it I need them to be able to see a reports like, specifically, if there are previous incidents created for the selected organization.?

I used the report field control but I can't get it to filter based on the info that the agent will enter while following the script.

I added the contact field (a search field) and it autopopulates the organization to which that contact is attached to, but I also want that org to filter my report so that they can see all existant incidents for that organization.
