Applying incidents workspace rules to chat workspace

Hi everyone,

We have defined a set of incident workspace rules, but these rules do not apply to the incidents generated from chat sessions. Is there any way for these rules to be applied to chat incidents too? or is it necessary to create the rules again for chat workspace?
