I am trying out the new enhanced console before I make it available to my agents. One of the things I have noticed that is going to be a big concern is that we can no longer drag and drop attachments from other applications such as outlook. I have to save the file to my hard drive, upload it into the incident in "Oracle RightNow Service Cloud" and then delete it off my hard drive.
Are you planning to implement the drag and drop functionality that was available before the enhanced console or does anyone have suggestions on a more efficient way to get attachments into the new enhanced console? We do hundreds of these a day so it will add major time to our work processes to go back to the old way of getting attachments into our incident management system.
