Data Lifecycle Policies component not visible in AgentBrowser UI & Console (3 Comments)

Hi,

I am trying to enable "Data LifeCycle Management" component. I followed below steps

• Add the Data Lifecycle Policies component to the navigation set. The component is found in Components>Common.

• Select the Bulk Delete check box in the Administration permissions.

I couldn't see the component in both Console & Agent Browser UI. Is there anything I am missing ?

Appreciate any suggestions to fix this.
