Hi Team,
We aware that there is a restriction or limitation to have attachments in a incident. Kindly help on the below.
Requirement:
1) Using customer portal the end user apply for some application, in which they will attach some supporting documents.
2) Based on the input from the client, using add-in we are planning to generate multiple documents and get that saved against the particular incident for the agents to take printout and to view the same whenever they want.
Question:
1) Will it get included in the overall size of the incident which is 120 MB?
2) Is there any workaround to achieve the same?
