Activate greyed-out options in Contact workspace Tab (1 Comment)

Hi Guys,

I created a custom object, customized a report for it and placed it on a contact workspace tab. I am trying to open a contact workspace for the related record but the contact workspace option is greyed-out. How can I active it and make the contact workspace as the default result when the record is clicked.
