Custom object Association

Hi Gurus,

We have one custom object, associate with Contact. We need to associate any one of the custom object record with incident in incident workspace.

We have to see only Contact's associated records while I create the incident.

How could we achieve this? 

In siebel we could use pick applet. Can we create pick applet thing in RN?
