Hi All,
I'm trying to replace the word 'Incident' by 'ticket' throughout the whole system.
It seems that a good way to achieve that is maybe to use the "Message Bases" screen, find all the occurrences of that word "incident", export the result in Excel, do a search and replace in Excel, and reupload these message bases with the Wizard.
However the wizard wants the message base as a column in the file to load. This column doesn't appear in the "Message base" field. You can filter on it but I would need it displayed as the first column.
I've tried to build a report but I'm not able to produce a report with:
- message base ID
- Key
- text
I've found the table with the message bases setup: msgbase, but not the table with the keys and texts.
Anybody would be able to help here? Either to build this report, or more generally to help with replacing a word throughout the system at once?
