Hi,
Our business wants to make the contact and Organization as NOT required to log the incidents in RightNow AGent Console client.
I want to make sure that by not entering the Contact and Organization details, the service cloud product will not have any other implications like functionality wise and reports wise.
I would appreciate if someone get back to me and let me know about this Immediately.
This is for 17D AGent console.
