Hello Experts,
I'm a newbie so pls bear with my dump question
My client have license for both English & Spanish language. How do I
1. Configure the Agent desktop (EN & ES)
2. Manage content on Customer portal (EN & ES)
3. Integrate with Sales Cloud?
Is it possible to develop and migrate (copy) or is it a re-work.
Any help is greatly appreciated
