Hello All,
Can we set some mail id in BCC as default for every incident response.
For example : Whenever the agents response to every incident, I need to set my company mail id (e.g ***@yopmail.com) as a default one in BCC level.
Kindly update me whether it is possible by OOB functionality,else do we have any work around to achieve this.
