How to set time limit to reopen a ticket (4 Comments)

Hello,

I was looking for a way to keep agents from reopening a ticket on the Agent Dekstop Console after a certain time (7 days). There is an option in the workspace rules to "make the editor read only" the problem with that is that on the conditions section it does not let me compare the date to "now". the relative date is only avalaible in the "then" section.

Is there a way to acomplish this?
