I am trying to create a incident workspace rule that will automatically save an incident to help prevent loss of work for our agents. I have two agents that RN crashes for them whenever they try to attach a file. That is a separate problem that I am trying to figure out. It is always when they try to attach a file. So, as a temporary fix I wanted to make a rule so that when they create a new case it will automatically be saved for them so that at least the work is not lost. When they have this crash they loose all of their work.
My problem is the workspace rule I made crashes Right Now. It is a simple rule. If the contact changes save the case. This will save the case but then Right Now crashes right after wards. Now when I re-open Right Now the case is saved so that is nice but still doesn't fix my problem. If I use a different trigger such as the product field or anything else it is fine. The case is saved and RN doesn't crash.
If I look in the Windows event viewer it looks like gdiplus.dll is the problem. See below
