Hello,
I have the following situation: in Right Now I have set to close an Incident after 7 days. (config. setting used: MYQ_REOPEN_DEADLINE is set to 168 hours). But a user can still reply to this email even after those 7 days.
How can I prevent this situation to happen? Is there other mail that I have to activate or other configuration setting that I have missed?
