Enabling SSO (Active Directory) with Agent Desktop (1 Comment)

Hi,

One of our customer wants to bypass the login form by connecting RightNow CX (the agent desktop) to his Active Directory.

Is it possible ? It doesn't seem so, out of the box.

But, if it is not possible, is there any way to create a small application/script that will connect to the Active Directory, gather some infos (login rnt, password rnt) and then launch the agent desktop with these infos as parameters ?
