Hi,
I am looking at changing the email that gets sent out to users when an incident is closed. I'm not sure how/where to change it.
Under document explorer > automatically generated > survey invitation messages, there is a survey that looks exactly like the one we're after. However since it has been used, we have to create a copy and edit that. How do we then point to this new survey rather than the old one? Where does this take place?
