We've recent began testing Custom Objects and are trying to use new fields created as variables in Standard Text. Is this possible?
I'm using this format in the Standard Text
$<table>.c$<custom field column name>
I've tried adding the Custom Object as both a Child and a Parent to Incidents and it has made no difference.
If this is not possible are there any work arounds?
