Hi,
I want to customize the subject line of all emails triggered from service cloud. Within each message template, by default we have a subject which is subject followed by Ref No, i want to change it as let's say "XYZ- Inc Ref".
I updated this in all message templates, deployed and saved, but in all emails i am getting the default subject which is the subject followed by Ref No and not my customized subject.
While sending proof message i am getting the customized subject. but in actual mails the subject coming is default one.
Can anyone help me on this? Am i missing anything here?
