Hello everyone,
In the May 2014 release the Agent Desktop has been given a face lift, with several performance improvements and user interface enhancements. For details, please see the release notes.
Note that new sites will automatically use the new console. On upgrades sites you can migrate to the new console on a per-profile basis.
Also note that in the May 2015 release we are planning to remove the old console, all profiles will then use the Enhanced Console.
If you have any questions about the new console, feel free to post them to the Agent Desktop and App Builder forum.
If you have any ideas for enhancements, post them to the Idea Lab.
